Room Rentals

Room rental rates are the same for all groups (private, public, and non-profit). The use of library facilities are subject to Board Policy 3.4. Special considerations for RDPL co-sponsored programs are determined through signed partnership agreements.

Red Deer Public Library does not provide any equipment (including our sound system) nor technical assistance. Renters are responsible to provide their own equipment and ensure they are able to connect to RDPL’s public WiFi, if needed.

Other meeting supplies, such as paper, pens, flipcharts, etc., are also not provided by the library.

When renting a room at Red Deer Public Library, you may wish to acknowledge the traditional lands our community is situated on by sharing this (or a similar) statement:
